Should any changes be made to any of our terms and conditions, they will be advised to you by updating this website.
Whilst we will take all reasonable care to keep any information you provide to us secure, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer if authentication and authorisation of the payment has been obtained from the credit / debit card issuer.
Order / Payment Policy
Every endeavour has been made to display details of our products as accurately as possible. Size and measurements cannot be guaranteed neither can the colour of the product as such colours may be dependent on your PC monitor. All reasonable care is taken to ensure all details, description and price of goods are accurate however these are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT and all transactions will be in sterling. The cost of postage will be added to the cost of orders where applicable (see delivery policy).
We reserve the right to reject orders or to refuse to supply any individual, firm or company without the need to provide a reason however these may include, amongst other reasons, out of stock items, an inability to verify payment details or delivery address.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Goods are despatched once independent verification and authorisation of the payment has been obtained from the credit/debit card issuer. Should the issuer of your card refuse authorisation for any reason we shall not be liable for any delay or non delivery of your goods. No third party obtains unauthorised access to any information or data you provide when ordering through or accessing this website.
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you and in any event once an order has been placed, we shall send you an e-mail acknowledgement.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and UK based bank cheques.
The prices quoted on our website are correct at the time of production.
Goods may be purchased by post; written orders should be sent clearly detailing the required goods including product code, colour and size together with delivery address, by post to: South to South UK Ltd, James House, James Place, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 1JL and a cheque payable to South to South UK Ltd. Goods will be sent on confirmation from our Bank that the cheque has been cleared.
Delivery Policy
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. In busy times we usually tell you how long it will take us to process it.
STANDARD DELIVERY – Orders over £50 are free, orders under £50 are £5.00
Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery, so a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order. This service should take between 2-5 working days.
Overseas Orders
All transactions will be in sterling. Customers from overseas countries are able to order goods by e-mailing info@southtosouth.co.uk. We will confirm receipt of your order and delivery costs by e-mail. Customers will pay for goods by remitting monies direct into our Bank Account. On receipt of payment, goods will be sent to you immediately. Should payment not be received in our account within 14 days of your order, we cannot guarantee your order will be processed. It is important that your payment has details of your customer reference and your order number. Any customs or import duty payable in the country of delivery is payable by the customer as are any Bank charges for transferring monies into our account.
Deliveries to Europe, U.S.A. & Canada should be received within 5 days of your order and payment having been processed.
